Bet St George Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 8 August 2026 Last Updated: 8 August 2026

These Terms govern access to our site, account registration, sports and racing bets, casino and live-casino play, virtual events, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, verification, safer-gambling controls and support. By creating an account or using a real-money service, you agree to these Terms, the Betting Rules, Privacy Policy, promotion rules and any game-specific conditions presented before play. Bet St George Ltd is registered under company number 16512340 and holds Gambling Commission account number 67818 for regulated activities in Great Britain.

1. Definitions and Acceptance

“We”, “our” and “Bet St George” mean Bet St George Ltd. “Player” and “you” mean the individual account holder. “Account” means the personal record containing identity details, balance, bets, payments, controls and messages. “Real-money funds” are deposited or withdrawable funds. “Bonus funds” and “free bets” are promotional value governed by separate conditions.

Use of the site confirms acceptance of the current Terms. If you do not agree, do not register, deposit or place a wager.

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, act for yourself and comply with the law that applies where you are located. We can request age, identity, address and location evidence. An account must not be used by a minor, another person or anyone acting through false details.

3. Registration and Account Security

Provide accurate legal name, date of birth, residential address, email and mobile details. One player may hold one account unless we expressly approve another arrangement. Keep information current and use payment methods in your own name.

4. Verification and Source of Funds

We can request identity, age, address, payment ownership, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence at registration or later. Documents must be genuine, current, complete and readable. We may use verification and fraud-prevention providers.

5. Deposits and Account Balance

The cashier displays supported methods, currency, minimum, maximum and processing status. Card routes can include Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro. A GBP card deposit can start from £10; other account currencies use the limit displayed before confirmation.

6. Withdrawals

Submit withdrawals through the cashier to a supported verified destination. We may return money through the deposit route where payment and anti-fraud rules require matching. A request can pass through pending, verification, approval and payment stages.

7. Sportsbook and Racing Bets

A bet exists only when our system accepts it and records it in the account. The bet slip shows event, market, selection, stake, odds and possible return before submission. Odds can change or a market can suspend before acceptance.

Settlement follows the official result and applicable Betting Rules. Voids, dead heats, non-runners, deductions, postponed events, abandoned meetings and corrected results are handled under those rules. Live data or streams may be delayed. Our accepted transaction and settlement record controls the account outcome.

Bet Builder permits compatible selections from one event. A void leg can change the combined price. Cash Out, when displayed, is a separate offer based on current market conditions and may be changed or removed before acceptance.

8. Casino, Live Casino and Virtual Events

Casino rounds follow game rules and provider records. Review the paytable, betting range, feature mechanics and return information shown in the game. Live Casino decisions must be placed within the displayed betting period. Virtual events settle from the certified event record.

Interrupted sessions, unfinished rounds and display errors are reviewed through system logs. A visual display does not override the recorded result.

9. Bonuses, Free Bets and Promotions

Each offer states eligibility, code, product, qualifying stake, minimum odds or deposit, expiry, excluded activity and withdrawal effect. A player must activate the offer as instructed before the qualifying action.

10. Errors, Malfunctions and Incorrect Transactions

Obvious pricing, settlement, game, display or payment errors do not create a right to retain an incorrect credit. We may void affected bets, correct the balance or reverse a duplicate transaction using the underlying system record. A technical malfunction voids play where the applicable game or betting rules require it.

Report a suspected error promptly and do not spend money you reasonably know was credited by mistake.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use false documents, another person’s payment method, duplicate accounts, bots, automated scraping, collusion, insider information obtained unlawfully, VPN or proxy tools to misrepresent location, payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, account sale, money laundering or any attempt to interfere with games, markets or security.

12. Account Restriction, Closure and Inactivity

We may restrict or close an account for a Terms breach, regulatory duty, security risk, safer-gambling action or operational reason permitted by law. You can request closure through support. Closure does not cancel lawful investigations, unsettled bets, payment reviews or record-retention duties.

13. Safer Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and is not a source of income. Account tools can include deposit, loss, wager or session limits, reality checks, cooling-off, marketing controls and self-exclusion. An increase to a protective limit may be delayed. Self-exclusion blocks account use for the chosen period and should not be bypassed by creating another account.

17. Complaints and Disputes

Contact support through Help → Email us and provide account details, event or transaction reference, date, evidence and requested outcome. We review system records and the applicable rules. Complete the internal complaint route before using any external escalation option identified in our final response.

Use the Help area for account matters. Formal correspondence may be sent to Bet St George Ltd, Office 624, Block 2 Spaces, Pennine 5, 20–22 Hawley Street, Sheffield, S1 2EA, United Kingdom.
